The local chapter of the ad club is hosting a luncheon workshop on how to use Facebook for business on January 14 at San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino in Highland.
Facebook 101 for Business will be held at the Pines Restaurant, San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino on Thursday, January 14, 11:45AM-1:30PM.
According to American Advertising Federation (AAF) club president John McCarthy, the workshop will focus on how to use Facebook to market your business. Local expert Eydie Stumpf, owner of Eydie’s Office, is a “Virtual Assistant” who specializes in creating Internet applications for business owners using the social media and email marketing platforms. “Over lunch,” said McCarthy, “you will learn the basics of joining Facebook and what you can expect to find there. Eydie is a valuable resource who will explain the opportunities and services available on Facebook for businesses. She is a popular presenter and her workshops are always sold out.”
McCarthy said that the luncheon is free to AAF club members and students who register before 6PM on January 11, otherwise $15 at the door. The general public is invited, $20 before 6PM on January 11 and $25 at the door. To register, visit http://aaf-inlandempire.com/events.html or call McCarthy at (909) 921-1062.
