Why A Redlands Political Forum?

The vast majority of younger people read little from a newspaper today. Many of us older folks are finding online news and information more interesting as well. In Redlands we have primarily one voice, the local newspaper.

Part of the reason newspapers seem flat to younger people is that it is not interactive, by that I mean, no comments, no ready references to other material. So when candidates or city council people want to respond, they can only do so in a limited letter to the editor forum.

This Discussion Forum is intended to enhance the conversation about local issues; governmental, political, civic and economic. To participate simply sign in and weigh in!
