Can this town save itself? What is wrong with updating the downtown? What is with the reluctance to change? What are we going to lose? We moved to this city about a year ago. Big brother watching? I am reminded of several movies when I see those white boxes with the black eyes on the bottom littered around downtown. One of movies that comes to mind over and over is The Truman show. An ever watching eye. I understand the reasoning behind these police tools and to date we have seen some successful arrests like drunk drivers and drug arrests. But to what end will these be used?
